Serving federal agencies and the Intelligence Community for more than 50 years, the Intelligence group helps our clients meet their mission needs by providing trusted advisors, leading-edge technologies, and innovative solutions.ResponsibilitiesThe Solution Adoption Lead will oversee one or more teams working on the integration of an organization change management program for an enterprise level information technology (IT) modernization effort supporting a DoD and intelligence community (IC) customer. Activities include developing and change management programs for the customer and overseeing the implementation of new enterprise training solutions. The Lead will need to understand and document the impact of changes within and across the organization. Finally, the Lead will measure the effectiveness and overall degree of change achieved within the organization.Specific Responsibilities include:Develop and maintain an Enterprise Training PlanLead the implementation of new training solutionsDocument the impact of technology changes on business process, customer policies, and regulationsDocument the impact of change on workforce componentsQualificationsRequired Qualifications:
A minimum of TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Bachelor's w/ 10-12 yrs. Experience, Master's w/ 8-10 yrs. Experience
Experience with combining communication, outreach, training, performance measurement, and human resource tactics
Knowledge of and experience with an Agile framework
Desired Qualifications:
STEM degree (e.g., computer science, management information systems, systems engineering).
DIA systems experience
Project management experience
Demonstrated ability to lead small teams
