This position is CONTINGENT upon funding, an open position, customer approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a USPS sensitive clearance.An experiencedSenior Quality Assurance Business Analystis need to support the Digital Integration Portfolio at our customer’s site.Location: L'Enfant Plaza, Washington, DCJob responsibilities will include:Responsible for planning and executing Customer Acceptance Test (CAT) across major, and minor releases for the Identity Verification Services program.Design, develop, and configure software test cases to validate application functionality.Participate in requirements gathering sessions, and will work with business and technical team members to identify requirements, and test application functionality.Have knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support the project.Participate in requirements gathering sessionsCreate test plans for CAT testingCreate test cases for CAT testing, including the identification, collection and/or creation of test dataExecute frontend, and backend testsDevelop, update and maintain quality testing standards and proceduresKnowledge of ServiceNowMust have experience with Technical System Life Cycle (TSLC)Manage release documentation and approvals in line with the USPS TSLC Artifacts Library for each releaseAssist in the planning, creation and control of the test environment(s)Facilitate and/or participate in structured walk-throughs, and peer reviewsLead/participate in the coordination, and execution of release testingMentor other testers on methodology framework testing processes, and application knowledge as appropriateDetermine and meet time estimates, and schedules for testing effortsProven ability to work independently, and as a team memberRequirements:Must be eligible to obtain a sensitive clearance – Position of Public Trust – and may be required to obtain a higher security clearanceMust have at least 8+ years of the experience listed above and a Bachelor's degree (see below)Required Education:Bachelor’s Degree or in lieu of degree, two years of related additional work experience may be substituted for each year of degree level education.166018Raytheon is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
