Design and ensure successful implementation of secure cloud-native applications, platforms, core services, and security controls across multiple public and private cloud environments including and drive implementation efforts in a highly matrixed environment (specifically, deliver cloud computing architecture, technical design and implementations including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and containerized delivery models across multiple different cloud vendors); meet demands of security related regulatory requirements, i.e., NIST, PCI, ISO 27001, and HIPAA

Serve as an internal senior trusted advisor providing security consulting services across multiple technical domains to project teams, the firm's partners, and other senior members to provide advice on security and assist with compensating control alternatives where security requirements cannot be met

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with multiple public and private cloud vendors to advocate for product enhancements to meet the firm's needs and inform internal stakeholders of forthcoming features of interest

Integrate efforts and extensively collaborate with the CIDO, CDO, DN CTO, Enterprise Architecture, Federated CTOs, and 2nd line of defense to move with greater speed and accuracy; promote and foster collaboration and standardization across multiple internal federated technology groups based on common technology interests and priorities

Demonstrate thought leadership and deep subject matter proficiency in the Cybersecurity space through industry forums, corporate events, and customer events; identify, develop, and maintain a highly influential ecosystem of cybersecurity professionals, thought leaders, and solution architects/managers within alliance partners and large enterprise customers across the sales geography

Establish and maintain a repository of emerging c papers, reference architectures, deployment best practices & lessons learned to drive efficient business development initiatives and continuously explore ways to shorten time-to-revenue while monitoring emerging business and cybersecurity trends and proactively identify emerging cybersecurity use cases and drive innovation opportunities

Qualifications:

Minimum ten years progressive experience leading complex cybersecurity architecture programs in a decentralized operating/organization structure; financial service experience preferred

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree preferred

Deep understanding of the enterprise information security architecture discipline, processes, concepts and best practices with an experience in a mature, advanced cloud environment; multi-cloud and hybrid cloud experience a plus; comfortable with new disruptive digital technologies and application to business strategies

Understanding of the threat landscape specifically within a multi-distributed, decentralized business model on a global scale, while having a strong familiarity with the US regulatory environment as well as familiarity with global regulators and global privacy and data laws (e.g., GDPR)

Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork with an ability to direct, motivate and empower

Prior knowledge in enterprise risk management, forensic investigations, FBI, CIA, Government, Law enforcement or related areas highly desirable; hands on experience in Latin America and Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency preferred
