Join us at Guidehouse.ResponsibilitiesA Senior Analyst will function at the Senior Consultant staff level within Guidehouse. Senior Analyst are second level non-management consultants that will have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Senior Analyst are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.We encourage career development and hiring for the long term. As a Senior Analyst, you will follow a clearly defined career path and continue to deepen your specialized industry knowledge and consulting skills. As you hone your project management skills, leadership abilities and the aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Managing Consultant level. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years directly related professional working experience dealing with external clients and delivering high-quality and responsive client service

Demonstrated experience facilitating client meetings and work groups on a regular basis

Demonstrated working experience documenting functional and system requirements for external clients

Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to generate findings and recommendations

Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to work towards consensus

Ability to successfully pass a federal National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI)

Preferred Qualifications In addition to the above listed qualifications:

Experience working with Federal government clients

Experience with real estate and/or real property for government clients or public agencies

Proficient business level expertise with MS Office Suites to include Excel and PowePoint

Outstanding research, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Superior interpersonal skills

High degree of self-confidence and determination

Highly developed organization and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities without diminished effectiveness

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Process & Procedure oriented
