Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: NonePublic Trust/Other Required: NACI (T1)Job Family: Information SecurityGDIT has recently been awarded an 18 month HHS Electronic Invoicing (E-Invoicing) Implementation for the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) contract in support of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Assistant Secretary for Financial Resources (ASFR), Office of Finance (OF).On this contract, we will implement the Department of Treasury’s Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) electronic invoicing solution in the UFMS environment. Additionally, we will implement web services using Oracle’s Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to integrate the Office of Acquisition’s (OA) Purchase Request Information System (PRISM) with UFMS. Beyond the technical solution, we will support supplier on-boarding, necessary policy and business process changes, and implementation of necessary Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities.Ultimately this is primarily an on-site position in Washington DC, SW. It will start out as fully-remote due to Covid-19 and may morph into a hybrid pending broader GDIT and Federal guidelines.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish secure web services connectivity between UFMS hosted in Oracle Managed Cloud Services and PRISM hosted in NIH data center, and secure web services and file transfer connectivity between UFMS and Treasury IPP Platform.

Develop or update the necessary security documentation for HHS, e.g. System Security Plan (SSP), Information System Risk Assessment (ISRA), and other key documents required to maintain an information system’s ATO status.

Coordinate activities across teams in a multi-contractor environment, and across federal organizations within HHS and external to HHS.

Coordinate and collaborate with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) on GDIT project team and other contractor teams to ensure technical and operational security controls are established and operating as expected.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS in Information Security, Information Technology, or equivalent information security experience, and 10+ years experience.

Experience working on information security for federal government

CISSP or CISA security certification. Other equivalent security certifications will be considered.

Strong knowledge of NIST Special Publications related to the computer security community.

Knowledge of cybersecurity audits

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of HHS security guidelines and technology requirements.

Strong analytical, communication, written, and verbal skills with the ability and comfort level to conduct presentations for customer audiences.
