You will build relationships and understand how government procurement works in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key government customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customersKey Responsibilities· Identify Opportunities· Manage and Plan Accounts· Negotiate and Close· Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition· Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle· Establish Rapport with CustomersYOU MUST HAVE· Bachelor's degree / equivalent, with significant experience in the field· 7+ years of sales experience at an executive level · 3+ years of experience selling in and through government contracts (at the federal level) WE VALUE· Demonstrated ability in building a team· Prior leadership experience · Relationships within federal buying organizations (GSAs)· Ability to demonstrate top level sales performance (Vice President’s club, etc)· Understanding of government buying cycles and funding processes · Master's degree / equivalent, with some experience.· Safety experience · Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field· Excellent communication skills· Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization· Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environmentHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
