Job DescriptionCACI is seeking an experienced business systems analyst who is passionate about building and supporting high-quality PPBE systems with software implementation best practices to join our team at our CACI site locations. The work is in a fast-paced, high visibility, client site environment supporting the Department of Defense PPBE processes. The work will be performed on a contract as a member of a large highly productive team and contribute to building and supporting systems used to support the Department's financial management processes.The successful candidate will perform as an analyst on a team supporting a suite of SharePoint and custom applications supporting the financial management community.The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
Provide customer support for functional issues related to supported applications
Work closely with government client to gather requirements
Create SCRs system enhancements and bug fixes
Work closely with Technical and Development teams to articulate system requirements, clarify questions, and troubleshoot issues
Develop Test Scripts
Perform Release Testing
Develop and update existing user guides, quick reference guides and cheat sheets
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
7+ years relevant experience
5+ years DOD functional/business analyst experience
4+ years experience with OSD or Service financial management systems
Experience gathering and documenting system requirements
Experience testing software against requirements
Experience interfacing with senior government clients
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Experience with Toad
Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM)
