SummaryYou will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Command Evaluation Head Quarters Support Staff Division of NAVSURFWARCEN IHEODTECHDIV. This position is within the Warfare Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses the GS-13 and GS-14 pay scales. This position is not a highgrade position, therefore the salary may be limited to the GS-13 step 10 (133,465)ResponsibilitiesAs a Deputy Chief Inspector, you will plan and execute inspections and site visits, providing pre, during and post inspection support to all inspected Commands.You will interpret and apply applicable rules, laws and regulations.You will independently research, collect, analyze, synthesize, and report findings from a variety of sources.You will perform trend analyses and develop statistical data as a critical component of the pre-inspection environmental scan.RequirementsConditions of EmploymentQualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector; performing command inspections, assessments or audits identifying and mitigating improprieties to ensure compliance with governing rules and regulations.
