65533 Understand how SIP server provides CTI data to the restof the Genesys infrastructure
65533 In Depth understanding of how ORS server interacts withURS server
65533 In depth understanding of the TLib Event Model
65533 Experience in troubleshooting individual product aswell as system integrations between products by tracking through log files andlogically being able to determine where problem might reside
65533 Hands on experience with very largescale deployment ofGenesys 8.5 Framework, Configuration and Management, routing Media componentswith integration experience with SBC.
