A Kforce client in Newark, DE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work some weekend shifts.Responsibilities include:
Performing data entry
Order entry tasks
Taking orders and inputting them into the system
Handling inbound calls
Answering phones and processing orders
Answer product questions
Ad hoc customer service and administrative tasks as needed
Detail oriented
Team player
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Proficient computer skills
Data entry skills
Strong communication skills
