Description/Job Summary

Mainstay Delaware is recruiting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs),both full-time and part-time positions, to support individuals with developmental and other disabilities, in a residential setting, to become more independent in their community.

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:o Providing support and training to individuals with developmental disabilitieso Providing appropriate emotional and physical supporto Monitoring the development of life skillso Empowering individuals to increase independence and participation in community lifeHiring requirements include but are not limited to DDDS/DHSS/RHD standards:

Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma/GED

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, physical exam and criminal background checks

Possess a valid driver s license with less than 5 points
