A multifamily apartment complex in Dover Delaware is looking for a renovation crew of 2-4 people.
Must have experience in all areas of apartment renovations, plumbing, light electrical, drywall repair, drywall hanging, taping, spackling, sanding, and painting. Crew must also be able to install flooring, cabinets, toilets vanities, showers, tub surrounds etc.
Must have ability to trouble shoot as issues arise, and ability to work with the existing maintenance team.
Apartments are in various conditions, so work can be done in multiple units at the same time.
Must have own tools, and easy to work with.
Must have full insurance coverage.
