As a Technical Support Representative, you will:
Help our customers with their web hosting accounts via phone, tickets and live chats.
Walk customers through setup of email, cPanel, and FTP clients
Be a part of a collaborative team environment where you'll build on your technical skills to advance your career
Provide customer feedback to leaders to improve products, service, and customer satisfaction

What it takes:
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with a helpful attitude and friendly disposition
Familiarity with Linux command line
Experience creating or hosting websites
Working knowledge of cPanel and WordPress preferred
Helpdesk or call center experience preferred
