Entry Level Sales Representative
As a full-time entry-level sales representative, you will be trained in every aspect of the industry and gain the skill set and knowledge in the ability to interact with homeowners, ability to teach about the product, negotiation strategies, and strategic planning.
Primary Job Responsibilities Include
· Development and coordination of marketing strategies
· Promotion of Kris Konstruction services to prospective and existing clients
· Manage all aspects of the job for various clients
· Be on sight during install and oversee all scheduled builds
Qualifications
· Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
· Ability to speak publicly and interact with new people
· Must be self-motivated
· Naturally social and enthusiastic individual who thrives in human interaction
· Desire to mentor other teammates after refining your skill set
· BA/BS preferred
· Ability to work Mon – Fri and occasional weekends
Salary And Benefits
· Average first year income range: $45,000 - $100,000 (plus bonuses and annual pay raise)
