Project Manager (Landenberg)
Award-winning interior design firm in Landenberg, PA is seeking a self-starter to fill the role of project manager. Must possess a pleasant, professional demeanor, high attention to deal and organization with an interest in collaboration and creative problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities:
Generally, assist with logistics, scheduling work, project planning, receiving and returning merchandise, measurements, inventory, preparation of presentations, and inventory organization. Provide clerical and administrative support in the office as needed.
-Manage email and phone communication with clients and vendors to forward progress on design projects, including answering question from tradespeople and tracking product orders
-Maintain client project folders (physical and on Dropbox) with details relevant to projects
-Attend client meetings and take notes so designer can focus on presentation
-Measure client rooms for design project planning, input in floor planning software (knowledge of Sketchup is a plus)
Qualifications:
Flexibility and positive team focused attitude
High level of attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Google Drive, MS Office, Dropbox
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary
Drafting/Autocad/Sketchup skills a plus
Social media and website (Wix) experience a plus
Design experience not necessary
