We are currently hiring for entry level Customer Service positions in New Castle. Prior Customer Service experience or marketing experience is a plus but is not required. Due to upcoming expansions, we are hiring ambitious and motivated people to join our Team!
We train our Customer Service Representatives in:
Creating brand awareness for our clients target audience
One on one interactions with customers
Developing and enhancing customer service skills
Creating a positive buying experience
Understanding up to date product knowledge
