We are looking for and RN or LPN to care for and be interactive with a 36yrs old Male. Patient was in a car accident that left him with traumatic Brain Injury. He is non-mobile & Non-Verbal but will stand pivot for transfers and somewhat assistive when changing or dressing. Patient is pleasant and has a great sense of humor. Patient is tube fed with pump, subject to seizures (rare but severe) and aspirations needing occasional suctioning. Patient has his own room that is comfortable, clean, and private. He attends a day program and we are looking for all other shifts to be filled. Patient can NOT be left unattended.
Hours needed: Saturday / Sunday 7am - 10pm and every last Friday in a month 4pm to 1am. We are in the Elkton/Chesapeake City area. We need someone who lives within a reasonable travel distance.
This is a long-term position for the right person or persons. Family will consider multiple Nurses if needed to fill the schedule.
