We are looking for a reliable, motivated multi-tasker who enjoys food preparation and customer service to handle this station. This unique and challenging position will be expected to contribute to both salad bar, deli and light cashier duties.
Salad Bar: prep salad bar related food items including production, set-up, replenishing, cleaning and breakdown.
Deli: production to include slicing of meats and cheeses, proper portions and preparation of all condiments associated with the station. This station will provide made to order sandwiches, paninis and wraps for café service as well as the same for all catering orders.
Cashier: operate the cash register, calculator, scale and electronic payment systems and will observe all company verbal and written procedures regarding cash handling.
Successful candidates will have experience with assembly, operation and disassembly of meat and cheese slicer, food processor, robocoupe and blenders. Additionally, one should be familiar with the operation of the grill/flat top, fryer, convection oven, utensils, knives and all related utility equipment.
Further, candidates will be expected to maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all outlined health and safety regulations with regard to equipment use and personal hygiene. Lastly, the above shall be achieved while providing exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful and friendly manner at all times.
