1. Saturday, Sunday and Monday - 8:45am to 5pm
2. Monday through Friday - 2pm to 7pm
Pay Rate: $12 / Hour (Opportunities to move into Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities & Description for Part-Time Call Center Rep:
Answer incoming customer service calls
Order entry
Answer basic product questions and concerns
Provide accurate, valid and complete information
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Go extra mile to engage customers
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Excellent organization skills
Must be detail oriented
Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service or inbound order center
Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
