Global OM team is responsible for:

Owns all issues of customer experience during the repair process

Acts on all customer requests in a timely and effective manner

Tracks and measures performance results for airlines and engine overhaul centers

Drives key operational metrics including 98% customer service level

Generates quotes and manages account financials in accordance with contractual obligations

Monitors and expedites core returns to prevent delays in inventory replenishment

Communicates consistent, complete and accurate account information and delivery commitments weekly to customers and supporting organizations

Creates and presents monthly progress reports and business reviews to customers and management

Develops strong working relationships with internal business teams such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and Program Management

Problem solves complex issues to root cause and apply corrective action to prevent re-occurrence

Understands and complies with import/export regulations

Participates in ACE (Achieving Competitiveness Excellence) events and apply ACE tools to improve process

Promotes an ethics-based business culture, managing customer orders in compliance with laws and company policies

Basic Qualifications:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
