Description: Manage a diverse team that provides high-level military platform support to operators or fielded aircraft through conducting research, investigating and resolving technical inquiries, customer engineering requests, and reviewing technical manuals to support the Sikorsky military platform fleet. The candidate will promote the safe and efficient operation of fielded military helicopters by providing expert technical advice and assistance to their owners and operators.Basic Qualifications:Required Experience-At least 10 years of experience working on/with/crew of a Black Hawk variant. Pilots and crew chief experience preferred. Experience operating/troubleshooting older UH60A/L models also desireable.-Field Service / Technical Support: At least 3 years providing onsite or remote support to rotary aircraft operations.-Engineering Data: In depth knowledge of Sikorsky engineering systems and drawing interpretation.-Sikorsky Technical Publications: Experience with creation, interpretation, and application of field manuals.-Contract Management: At least 2 years of experience setting up and maintaining contracts with US, FMS, or Global Military operators of the H-60/S-70 platform.-Leadership/Supervision: Experience leading a team in a technical environment.-Secret Clearance preferred, not required-Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferredDesired Skills:-Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects to completion-Customer Service: Ability to interact with customers in stressful conditions-Excellent organizational and time management skills-Ability to support a 24/7 operational needs around the clock.-BAER or ITC Focal Training - High familiarity with exporting technical dataBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
