Part-time Customer Experience manager. The American Museum of Tort Law, seeks friendly, personable, skilled communicators to work in the Museum, located in Winsted, CT.
Hours: Thursday, Friday, Saturday; 10:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Some evenings may be required.
Duties:
A. Open and close museum; greet visitors; manage museum store and cash register; answer telephone; pack and ship merchandise; answer questions; generally ensure that visitors have an outstanding experience.
B. Museum Operations: Prepare mailings; compile lists of names; perform such tasks as may be assigned by Director.
C. Special Events: Help staff and manage special events and programs.
Qualifications:
Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds;
Reliable and punctual; ability to multi-task;
Exceptional customer service skills; positive attitude;
Friendly, curious, helpful.
This is a paid position. Some evenings may be required.
