Overview: Our client in Farmington Valley has an immediate need for a small component Assembly worker. This is a second Shift position. Must have recent experience as an assembly worker. Being able to work in a team environment is a must. Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.

Reading and comprehending instructions and following established procedures.
Taking precision measurements to ensure flawless fit of components.
Collecting all material and equipment needed to begin the process.

What we look for in an Assembler:
Strong hand-eye coordination
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Related work experience
Ability to use tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses)
