We are currently seeking highly motivated and professional Non-CDL Independent Contract Carriers (ICCs) to join our growing home delivery & INSTALLATION operations throughout Connecticut. We are primarily seeking coverage in Danbury, Ridgefield, New Milford, Newtown and Middlebury.
Installation of dishwashers, gas dryers and washers, wall ovens, gas ranges, electric ranges with hard wiring, and waterlines.
All contract opportunities are pending criminal background, MVR, and drug test results that satisfy our customer requirements. Highly competitive gross revenue potential for ICCs, with potential to earn up to $3k per week depending on how many trucks you can run.
Operations: 5 days a week (Tuesday through Saturday)
Requirements
2-man delivery team (qualified driver and helper) to pick up from centralized location (Wallingford, CT) then deliver to client and install same day.
Own, lease, rent or access to a cargo van or covered truck with ability to deliver a selection of large appliances up to and including 46" premium ranges, hoods, washer and dryers.
Licensed to install Complex Gas Appliances, dishwashers and waterlines in residential setting.
ICC must provide Certificate of Insurance for auto and general liability, cargo and workers' compensation insurance; liability limits are negotiable - please ask!
Strong customer service and communication skills; participation in client satisfaction survey
Physical ability to lift, carry and install and remove large household appliances
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Pass criminal background check and drug test
