Northwest Cleaning LLC is hiring! We're a growing small business in Torrington CT, that is seeking to fill a full-time position.
Supervisor Job Duties:
-Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
-Ensures all staff is cleaning in a safe manner and using safe work practices
-Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
-Coordinates work activities for the day
-Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
-Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
-Evaluates records to forecast department personnel requirements.
-Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
-Prepares reports concerning payroll, and employee corrections.
-Assists managers/owners with cleaning technicians yearly reviews
-Performs cleaning duties while supervising cleaning technicians
-Examines equipment on a regular basis, and makes recommendations to management for any fixes or improvements.
-Attends staff meetings to discuss company policies and patrons' complaints.
-Issues supplies and equipment to workers.
-Establishes standards and procedures for work of cleaning technician staff.
-Records data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and time cards, and prepares periodic reports. -Makes sure all cleaning checklists are properly filled out.
-Ensure all employees are providing superior customer service and cleaning quality.
The position is full time. Must be available to work from 3pm to 12pm (or later depending on workload), Weekends are a must. We are EXPANDING so if you're looking for growth opportunity, join our Team!
We are seeking the right person to join our team. This person must have great work ethics, and a passion to CLEAN. Customer service is very important to us, so a great personality is a plus. Valid Drivers License is a MUST! Experience is not necessary as we provide the tools and training to succeed.
