Looking to start the new year off with a new career? We are a busy internet company located in Westerly, RI. We are looking for a TECH SUPPORT person who will also assist with Sales / Customer Service.
Tech support for this position is a MUST! If you are tech savvy, played with car stereos, love wires, fuses, and working with vehicles please apply. While you will not be working on customers vehicles you will be helping customers to help them find the best products to fit their vehicle and application. So you will need to know how they work, how they mount to the vehicle, and what products work together.
Candidate must be honest, a hard worker, self starter, and interested in learning a new field. Our company specializes in Emergency Vehicle Lighting and Accessories. We sell all the flashing lights and other equipment found on police, fire, DOT, and other emergency vehicles.
This is not your typical position. Customers come to us and we assist them with purchases, answer questions, and help them find the right product for their application. We work with our online customers and handle customer service related questions and issues as they arise.
Basic computer and email skills are required. We work with various manufacturers so good communication skills are important.
We offer Dental, Medical, Vacation time, and 401k. We work a M-F 9-5 schedule with weekends free. Qualified candidate would be eligible for a salary increase after the first 30 days.
We operate out of a single location in the Westerly Industrial Park.
