Treat pediatric patients in clinic
Clinical responsibilities include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures
Required Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible (if B.E., must be within 5 years of program completion)
Unlimited Licensure (or eligible) in the state of Connecticut
Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
