Software Company Seeking Full Time Support Technician
We're looking for a great team member for our busy technical support department. We'll consider candidates of entry level and intermediate experience. This is a small and successful software company where a team attitude and reliability are the two most important things you can bring to the table. Work can start right away.
Full time candidates will be expected to work during our regular scheduled office hours, plus be part of an alternating shift rotation working evening / weekend hours.
Regular working hours are
Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM
Alternating shift hours
Weeknights - 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM EST
Saturdays - 10 AM - 6 PM EST
Sundays - 10 AM - 6 PM from Thanksgiving to Christmas
Applicants must have
Excellent Computer Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Basic networking experience
Basic Database experience (Access, SQL)
Experience installing operating systems, various software and hardware devices
Pleasant and professional attitude
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Fast and accurate data entry for high volume incoming calls, email and faxes
Great attitude working in a team environment
Great organizational / note taking / team communication skills
Sharp and pleasant telephone personality is a must.
