Connecticut Valley Computer Services Inc. based in Hooksett, NH services ATMs, Cash management safes, Computers, Servers and laser printers in New England, is currently seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain customer equipment in the field.
Basic troubleshooting skills required. Willing to train the right person. The right person has basic computer knowledge, has assembled a computer before, is a self starter with critical thinking skills and is excited about computers
This is a good entry level position who already has some computer experience
Could become full time
You must live close to New Haven, CT for this position
Duties:
Repair Dell, Lenovo laptops, desktop, ATMs
Drive to customer site to repair computer, you must like to drive otherwise this is not the position for you
You must live close to Fedex New Haven, CT for this position
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Safe driving record
Back ground check
Reliable vehicle
Ability to work independently
Attention to detail
Submit accurate paperwork in a timely fashion
Drug test
We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated and learns new tasks quickly and efficiently. Training will be provided. You would be working in a fast pace and demanding environment with other service professionals We are looking for good organizational skills and document reporting accuracy. A positive attitude with excellent customer relations skills is necessary.
