Busy restaurant in downtown New Haven is currently looking to fill the following openings:
Line Cook: Must have minimum of 3 years of experience working in commercial kitchens, ability to cook meats to proper temperature, grill and saute. Full time position. Must be able to work weekends and late nights.
Server: Experience required. Fun, but busy location. The right candidate can perform service with a smile, up sell food & beverage, and multi-task for hours! Must be able to work weekends and late nights.
Bartender: Experience required. Must have knowledge of classic cocktails, good customer service skills and be able to work at speed with a busy bar crowd. Great income potential for the right person. Must be able to work weekends and late nights.
Dishwasher: Any experience is a plus! Willing to train the right hard working, dedicated person. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
