Additionally the incumbent will be responsible for developing processes and best practices to ensure IngenioRx delivers service excellence.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Manage the development of client-specific business plans focused on the client’s goals, performance expectations, growth and profitability
Provides direction and management over accounts to monitor the quality of products and services being offered to clients
Build business relationships as a client facing resource with assigned clients. Ensure client satisfaction, delivery of service needs and operational commitments are met
Presents prepared reports to the client to demonstrate clinical program value
Manages issues to ensure that performance guarantees are met, and that issues are proactively resolved.
Participates in the process for clinical program implementations.
Understands the issues specific to the client and applies knowledge, insight and experience into strategic recommendations.
Understands the business processes that the system supports.
Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to promote client satisfaction, retention and drive enhanced value to the client.
This position will not have direct reportsQualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, nursing a plus but not required; minimum 5 years of current clinical/functional area experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
Minimum 2 years of account management in a managed care setting with experience in sales, account management, and program development is preferred
Strong presentation skills
Strong PC skills
