This short-term temporary Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available to work in Old Saybrook, Connecticut.

- Knowledge of customer service
- Comprehensive knowledge of Call Center Customer Service
- Customer service and office administrative skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
