Qualifications:
Knowledge and Experience Required:
The groundskeeper is a valuable member to the on-site management team.
General upkeep of community exterior and grounds
Physical Abilities/Skills:
Ability to climb several flights of stairs and lift light to moderate heavy objects.
The perfect candidate must be able to work alone and as a member of the team.
They must be reliable and be able to work with minimal oversight.
Essential Functions Include But Are Not Limited To:
Keep property, Management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up any trash, debris littering the grounds. This includes the perimeter of the property which can include public property in front of the community.
Keep mailbox areas cleanpick up trash, remove solicitation, etc.
Replace light bulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
Perform painting duties as directed.
Assist team members as needed.
Raking, spreading dirt and planting grass.
Some shrub and tree pruning.
Applicant must have a valid driver's license.
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
