Area Manager for Commercial Cleaning Company Needed!
SHIFT: 1:30PM - 10PM (Mon-Fri)
PAY: $31,000 - $32,000 a year plus paid time off and one week vacation.
JOB DUTIES
- Conduct Quality inspections of job sites
- Complete Inspection Report Forms
- Resolve Customer complaints
- Train employees (cleaning/janitorial)
- Review employees' work to find errors/omissions
- Support employees in the field
- Perform various cleaning tasks
- Daily driving 20-50 miles daily within Hartford county REQUIRED (Vernon/New Britain/Cheshire/ Wallingford Hartford Area).
- Cover for absent employees is a must
- Help "when needed" with project work
- Qualifications. Must have at least two years experience as an area manager for a commercial cleaning business.
