Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator is critical to ensuring that candidates have the best experience possible and that Talent Acquisition operations run smoothly. You will work cross-functionally with a range of teams, from recruiters and hiring managers to department heads, department administration and other internal stakeholders. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Supporting 3-5 Recruiters with scheduling interviews (phone, video and in-office) Working with all stakeholders to ensure that our recruiting process is being followed Participate in a variety of operations-based projects to help our Talent Acquisition Team to meet and exceed corporate objectives Work directly with candidates to arrange travel through our internal travel agency and then process their expenses post interview for refund Work directly with recruiters and leadership to ensure a very positive candidate experience - Potentially using different sites, including our internal database to source for candidates Maintaining interview and onboarding trackersRequired Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment Minimum of 1 year working in HR/Recruiting function or staffing agency either as a Recruiting Coordinator and/or Office Manager with basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and administrative proceduresPreferred QualificationsExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Kenexa’s 2XB/BrassRing) and/or CRM.EducationHigh School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.Business OverviewIt’s a new day in health care.Combining CVS Health and Aetna was a transformative moment for our company and our industry, establishing CVS Health as the nation’s premier health innovation company.
