Need to have strong business analyst skills to solution, implement and maintain client requirements to ensure our PA Operations team is setup to process clients accurately. Need to have Ability to map out process workflow / process improvement primarily around how new UHC M&R and UHC E&I clients will be implemented and maintained post - implementation.Individual will be responsible for overseeing business analysts who will be implementing new UHC M&R, Direct Medicare, UHC E&I, and Direct Commercial clients, as well as maintaining PA elections from an existing client standpoint.Primary Responsibilities:

Individuals need to think critically and function independently and be able to implement solutions and resolution with minimal supervision.

Need project management / business analyst skills to implement new clients and maintain them after implementation from a PA service perspective.

Manage and lead setup of complex / large new client implementations and existing client updates by delivering, on time, client implementations and Prior Authorization projects, ensuring that all required tasks necessary to implement the client or onboard existing client update is complete.

Supervisor business analysts with implementation and maintenance of UHC M&R, Direct Medicare, UHC E&I, and Direct Commercial clients (overseeing team by ensuring SOPs are being followed, available for questions, etc.)

Supervisor business analysts by monitoring assigned / unassigned work in ServiceNow Assignment Group.

Ability to map out process workflow / process improvement primarily around how new UHC M&R and E&I business will be implemented and maintained post-implementation.

Work with PA platform coding Team to ensure new clients are implemented based on contractual obligations, etc. to ensure proper workflow for Prior Authorization Operations Team.

Demonstrates a knowledge in CMS Medicare requirements

Able to assist in translating client needs into requirements for implementation by using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of requirements within prior authorization.

Partner and Collaborate with stakeholders to identify specific business requirements (contractual / regulatory) and operational impact of changes within defined solutions.

Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.

Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment and manage multiple competing priorities.

Participate in weekly internal and external (client-facing) meetings for client implementations.

Ensure PA Survey / Dashboard entries align with current status and are on track for go-live date.

Review internal SOPs throughout the year to ensure no updates to process / procedures, etc.

Resolve ServiceNow requests and ServiceNow Tasks / metrics are on track (maintain zero % overdue).

Client facing responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR High School Diploma / GED (or higher) with equivalent experience

3 + years in Prior Authorization experience or PBM

1+ years of experience in Medicare requirements

2+ years of Supervising experience

State or National Pharmacy Tech License

Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word (create/edit documents), PowerPoint (create/edit presentations)

Experience facilitating internal meetings cross functionally

Experience managing multiple projects and completing deadlines

Experience with process improvement and operationalizing business requirements

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Microsoft Excel (ability to enter formulas, pivot tables, and information into a spreadsheet)

Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office: Visio (ability to create Visio workflows based on business requirements), Project (ability to create, maintain and update project plans)
