Are you goal driven? Then the Supervisor/Team Lead position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.

As the Supervisor/Team Lead, you will provide leadership and direction to team members at the American Job Center Locations and provide excellent customer service to internal and external participants. Oversee participant files, ensure participant confidentiality and ensure contract regulations are adhered to on a daily basis.

Successful Elements:

Oversee assigned team at the American Job Centers in the North Central Region

Ensure team and program resources are being utilized appropriately

Establish professional working relationships with partners and community organizations

Maintain accurate participant tracking information

Attend required meetings and apprise team of discussions held at these meetings

Address human resource and team concerns

Provide positive vision for required changes during program operation

Utilize positive communication techniques to resolve issues

Communicate with team members to incorporate appropriate concepts/suggestions

Analyze and understand labor market information

Report directly to Assistant Director and communicate performance, success and challenges during weekly check-ins

Manage relationships with community partners and services providers

Ensure team member compliance with contract goals and WIOA and JFES regulations and guidelines

Perform performance reviews and appraisals for team members and provide feedback and guidance

Monitor team performance and report outcomes to CWP

Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills

Previous experience managing a comprehensive team

Skills and experience in providing career and workforce development assistance

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Must have notable experience in team-oriented environment

Able to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude

Prior demonstrated ability in the Essential Functions listed above

Bachelors degree or Associates degree and three years of work experience in case management/human services or related experience
