Hello We are looking to add an Delivery Load Out Supervisor to the Windsor market center. This person will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction on delivery and insuring clients goals are being met on the road by ensuring that Delivery Contractors provide world class customer experiences at every opportunity.
Daily Duties:
Asst Operations manager in supervising contract carriers while they perform day to day deliveries and load outs.
Asst in monitoring scheduling platforms to ensure teams run on time with out fail.
Asst in monitoring daily load
Monitor, report, and improve KPI, including NPS, On Time Delivery %, and Phone Queue metrics
Support Client in their efforts to answer customer inquiries and request.
Provide Input on Contract carrier Daily encounters.
Work closely with the Terminal Manager to ensure ADG exceeds their expectations
