Monroe Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who can provide admin support to our management team and has the personality to positively interact with our applicants, residents and co-workers. Our ideal candidates are interested in learning the affordable housing property management business. They enjoy developing their skills and like to work hard while having fun and are strong problem-solvers

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, be able to multi task, meet deadlines and produce accurate work on a consistent basis in a very busy office, while demonstrating a professional demeanor at all times. Candidate must be able to work as part of a team, or can work independently with little oversight. Must be motivated and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Must enjoy working with people and have a passion for customer service!

The Details: Our Administrative Assistant will support our management team with the day-to-day office duties and general administrative activities. Specific duties include:

answering a multi-line phone

mail sorting, email, records filing, copying/scanning

light cleaning of the front reception area before guests

light cleaning in the model units before guest

setting up and breaking down meeting room for various meetings

Processing rent and preparing delinquency notices

Will learn and assist with processing applications and certifications which are governed under the affordable housing programs

Performs other duties as assigned

Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant would ensure the efficient and smooth day to day operations of our office

REQUIREMENTS for consideration are:

High School diploma or equivalent, (College Degree is preferred)

Minimum of one (1) year in a customer service position

Working Knowledge of MS Office

English language proficiency (read, speak and write)

The ability to pass a full background check

Additional Information:
