Position Summary:
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties including troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance while maintaining quality standards throughout condos and private homes. Painting, drywall repairs. Tile repairs, basic plumbing and electrical a plus. May be call upon to preform 'pre-arrival inspections'. Work week will vary depending on season. Expect to work most weekends.
Basic Duties of Maintenance worker -
Complete minor maintenance items
o Bulbs, Batteries
o Simple fixes - tightening, minor repairs, etc.
o Ensure maintenance items are identified, reported, logged, and completed
Report work orders to office manager, or enter into system. Ensure completion of work order projects.
Tech repairs- TV's, internet
Run errands for owners, guests, management
Trash runs and pick-ups.
Snow shoveling (decks)
Grill cleaning
Manage monthly and seasonal property QC and maintenance protocols
Assist owner and GM with other duties as needed
Preferred Skills-
Personal Qualities- Organized and self-motivated, Extremely detailed, punctual and efficient, personable and genuine, friendly and honest, intuitive, tech oriented with the ability to learn quickly
Candidate must have prior office experience, and be familiar with hospitality protocols, including cleanliness standards, maintenance item identification, guest relations
Must be able to self-manage duties, time, and tasks as well as be able to manage projects and contractors with an emphasis on timely completion and reporting of all duties assigned
Must be capable of communication through the following methods- email, phone, text, online chat, phone email, Skype
Property management experience will be preferred
Schedule -
Full time
Flexibility exists as long as work is completed. Must be available to work weekends depending on the season.
Hiring - DOE.
Candidates must have a reliable transportation, and provide proof of insurance. List does not include all duties. Additional duties may be added. Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment, property, and facilities.
Operate carpet cleaning equipment. Demonstrates ability to work with little or no supervision. Opportunity to grow with management responsibility as we grow.
