Southern Exposure is seeking a front desk experience specialist to join our salon family.
The front desk is the ¤ï of the salon, and responsible for managing scheduling, client experience, upkeep and sanitation of facilities, salon supply levels and replenishment, retail inventory, administrative tasks, staff liaison and overall daily workflow.
The right candidate will have a natural attention to detail and ability to multitask while staying upbeat. Effective communication, professional personal/social skills and flexibility are also key traits. Must work well with different types of personalities!
Position reports to the owner and is full-time and year-round. Ski or Rec Pass reimbursement program available. Product and tanning employee discounts. Discounted Hair & Nail services after 3 mo. Pay DOE Includes commission and spiffs.
EDUCATION
> Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
> Required: Two or more years experience in a retail and/or service industry, with heavy concentration on customer service and/or sales.
> Preferred: Salon experience.
