What we're looking for:

Colorado Luxe Living is seeking a hard-working, energetic employee who is passionate about delivering on the promise of excellence in customer service. By providing personalized attention to our guests and owners, you will help us maintain our growing portfolio of vacation homes. Part-time position 20+/hours per week depending on the season with possibility of moving into a full-time position. This position you will work remotely.

Job description

Daily short term guest service operations. Learning Short Term Rental software.

Property inspections, delivery of items to properties, basic handy tasks.

Be proactive in knowledge of daily arrivals and departures and general operations. Provide proper guest check-in and check-out procedures to guests day of arrival.

Analyze reports as required.

Be familiar with properties and able to recognize items broken or missing.

Willing to go above and beyond to ensure our homeowners are happy and our guests have a great stay.

Have reliable transportation that can operate in adverse weather conditions.

Assist property manager with administrative tasks including phone calls, emails, social media etc.

Skills required: A positive attitude and good social skills. Driving in adverse conditions to inspect properties or deliver items to a guest. Experience in hotel, vacation rentals, or hospitality service experience and short term rental software. Basic understanding of operations and ability to work under pressure. Ability to be trained and supervised with a positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written. Excellent hospitality service skills. Detail oriented work environment and physical demands. Must be able to work weekdays and weekends, holidays and some on-call hours. Ability to use hands and arms, ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist. The physical demands described here are an example of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Compensation TBD, 90 day re-evaluation with a possible increase in pay.
