Hotel Jerome is currently seeking an entry-level Talent & Culture Coordinator in our Talent & Culture (Human Resources) Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented individual wanting to get experience in a busy, luxury environment in the heart of Aspen. This position will assist our team with new Team Member onboarding, management of workers' compensation and unemployment claims, benefits assistance, and assistance with planning and executing Team Member events, recognition programs, and more!
