Local Real Estate Investor in search of an individual who has an open schedule, who will be helping us conduct In Person viewings of the houses we are considering purchasing. Your job will be to represent us and our company in a professional manner, show up to the property, take 40-50 professional pictures, and a detailed video of the property. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to make up to $150.00 per viewing, in no more than 2 hours worth of work. We aim to need this person 2-4 times per week, and hope to develop a long term relationship.
The ideal candidate will meet ALL of the following criteria;
Knowledge of how to upload videos to Youtube
Knowledge of creating albums in Google Photos
MUST have a professional camera. Simply using your phone camera WILL NOT be accepted
A FAIRLY open schedule during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm, potential for Saturdays). We would need you to be available to go on appointments no more than three (3) hours upon contacting you.
