Your OpportunityOur Opportunity:The Stock Plan Services Product Management team is currently looking for an experienced product manager with a background in the equity compensation industry and stock plan administration. Stock Plan Services provides equity compensation recordkeeping and brokerage services to corporate clients and their employees. The Product Management team is responsible for the welfare of the SPS product suite and sets the priorities for the product roadmap.What you’re good at

Envision the next generation of our proprietary equity administration software by identifying potential enhancements and/or new features, conduct market research, generate product requirements, determine timetables, and assist with developing marketing strategies

Determine customers' needs and desires by having a deep understanding and empathy for the end user

Maintain product roadmap, train internal business partners, and participate in client-facing events to discuss new product features and ongoing product development

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional organizations

Investigate and validate reported product issues to assess risk and exposure and ultimately provide input on prioritization

Coordinate system testing including User Acceptance Testing and production checkout of software code releases

What you have

5+ years’ product management experience

Equity compensation plan management strongly preferred

5+ years working in an Agile environment

Strong business analysis skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and ability to troubleshoot issues

High attention to detail and the ability to see things through from concept to implementation

Passion for the user experience and the ability to see things from a user perspective

Ability to provide on-time delivery of project deliverables

Ability and desire to effectively and efficiently work in a collaborative team environment

Experience participating in cross functional projects, with an emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign and/or impact to field and customer service

Excellent written and oral communication skills Intermediate/Advanced skills with MS Office suites

BA/BS degree required

Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification desired
