PDS Tech is seeking a candidate for a Niche Professional position in Highlands Ranch, CO.Job Description: Ancillary Services IntermediateThe Ancillary Services Intermediate is responsible for assisting in the implementation on new and existing opportunities undertaken by Master Servicing. The Ancillary Services Intermediate will be responsible for assisting and performing functions on short-term and long-term projects on behalf of Master Servicing .ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSDescribe the essential functions for which the Job is accountable. Essential Functions are those which are specific and unique to this position and when removed changes the nature of the job itself. Perform specific functions for Master Servicing related to Ancillary Services. Reviewing, editing, and researching loan level and contract level exceptions based on reporting provided by management. Assist on-going projects or functions with other Master Servicing departments through project plans, meetings, and progress updates. Work with various departments within Client Servicing and Fortress. Perform various tasks accurately and within assigned timelines. Complete multiple assignments simultaneously within a given project.FUNCTIONAL JOB COMPETENCIESJob Competencies are an additional component to defining a job that addresses how we do things. Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience requiredList any special certifications, licenses, and/or knowledge requirements for this job: Understanding of mortgage servicing and underwriting. Strong analytical, organizational, written/verbal communication skills. High level of experience with Microsoft Office products preferred. Self-motivated and ability to work independently.How many years of directly related job experience are required to be qualified to enter the job? Typically 2+ years Servicing, Master Servicing, or mortgage loan experience for success.
