Epoch Massage is hiring for a full time or part time Licensed Massage Therapist!
We are one of Fort Collins' newest and highest rated Massage clinics in the area. Therapists must be willing to work some evenings and every other Saturday. Hours needed are Tuesday and Wednesday 9-3, Thursday from 1-6 or 2-7 and Every other Saturday from 10-3.
We are NOT a spa although we do offer spa type treatments. We primarily are a medically massage oriented practice and specialize in deep tissue, sports and neuro-muscular massage.
We do offer Groupon deals to bring clients in the door - it is then up to you to do an amazing job and re-book them as your regular clients. The pay for these is lower than normal as they are already severely discounted from Groupon. For these clients compensation is $17 for the 60 minute massage and $27 for the 90 minute. Once they are regular clients you will get apx. $30 per hour and $45 per 90 minute DOE. All tips are yours to keep. Pay will be raised bi-annually with consistent re-booking and positive reviews.
You would be a 1099 contractor in the beginning and depending on job performance and re-booking rate this will change to an employee status.
Experience is important to us - but reliability and the willingness to learn is more valuable so we are willing to train the correct individual. The possibility to gain and keep a full time regular client base is HIGH here. We have a beautiful space, our co-workers are amazing and all in the natural health field, and we are in an awesome location. Please do not apply if you are wanting a client portfolio handed to you on a platter - you will have to work to gain clients just like all our therapists do! The payout is great once you have a solid client base. (Our owner is booked out over a month and previous employees were also booked out several weeks ahead of time).
