General Summary: Under supervision of the CFO and the Controller, this position performs payroll data entry for weekly payrolls; data entry and filing for accounts payable and accounts receivables; and other various clerical duties throughout our office including reception duties.
Job Requirements:
Strong data entry skills, 10-key proficiency a plus
Knowledge of standard office procedures and practices
Good customer service skills
Good communication skills
Strong organizational skills
2 years of experience in data entry a must, payroll data entry a plus
