Local campus advertising Publication is looking for a Publisher's assistant. Job will consist of emailing and invoicing customers, graphic design with Illustrator and Photoshop, working with Excel spreadsheets, Social Media marketing, and customer/sales support. Familiarity with Apple/Mac computers is a must. Previous experience with Quickbooks and WordPress is preferred, but not required.
Applicant should be organized, attentive to detail, have good communication skills (with reasonable typing proficiency), friendly, and able to work independently. We are also looking for someone who is efficient with Instagram/Facebook who can help build our following base.
This is a long-term (part-time) position. VERY flexible schedule where you can set your own hours (10-16 hours per week). We do not work during the evenings or weekends. Pay to start at $15 per hour (and go up from there) plus seasonal bonuses.
We are a well-known company with 30 years of experience looking for the right "fit". Office is midtown Fort Collins just off of College Ave.
