Lead a team of 10-12 developers in Cross-Platform environments (.Net, JAVA, Java Script, to deliver world class products
Be the SME on technical decisions we make to move forward
Spend 40% time on one-on-one staff coaching, code reviews and pair programming with development teams, 40% time on design/architecture and 20% hands on coding
Deliver a Best-in-Class customer experience by continuously improving platform, code and services
Build services/integration for cross-platform Applications
Design and Develop Best integration patterns for our system. Leverage and integrate with different tools, technologies and products.
Partner directly with other Software Developers, Technical Product Owners, Solution Architects and Customers to understand features and continuously identify opportunities to build and deploy quality software solutions

Management/Team Lead experience managing a mid to large team of technical engineers
Practical knowledge of data structures and complex algorithms with equivalent development skills to match
Proficiency in Java or equivalent object-oriented languages, coupled with design and service-oriented architecture
Microsoft .NET, C# and ASP.NET, JAVA, Java Script, Java API, Perl, Python, and/or Spring software development experience
Demonstrated experience in SQL and data modeling skills
Proficiency with at least one of Perl/Python/Ruby/Shell Script languages
Experience with ORMs (NHibernate/Entity Framework)
Experience with object-oriented JavaScript programming
Experience with cross-browser DHTML and HTML5 web design
Frontend web developer experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery)
AJAX, DHTML/XHTML, JavaScript development experience
Development experience with GIS software tools
Experience with SQL, RDBMS (preferably SQL Server), and database principles
Experience with source code management tools (Subversion preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in Agile Development Methodology/SAFe Agile, especially Scrum
Object Oriented design and implementation experience
Knowledge of configuration management practices
Ability to design for performance, scalability, and availability
Deep problem-solving skills and ability to resolve ambiguous requirements

Education and Experience:
Bachelors (BS/BE) or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
8+ years of experience in Software Development and full product life-cycles
3+ years leading a team of 5+ engineers (including code reviews)
2+ years building distributed systems from scratch
2+ years of CI/CD transformation and successful implementation
